The meditation is hosted on a rotating basis. We don’t know in advance what the other will present. Each meditation is new and a surprise to us all.

Monday Feb. 9th, we’ll host the 2nd One-Minute Creative Coffee Break Meditation.

Held on the second Monday of each month throughout 2009, we invite you to join us with a positive thought for Art and Entertainment. It’ll take approximately a minute of your time.

Our meditation is offered as a contemplative mini discourse, something to consider as you/I/we move, in our varied ways, to keep Art and Entertainment alive.
